Influencer Terms and Conditions

Draft prepared 26 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-26-draft

Effective and revision dates await confirmation. These supplied drafts require verified business details and legal review before publication.

1. Purpose and Scope

These Influencer Terms govern creator applications, public profiles, and participation in campaigns coordinated through Truefluencers.

By applying to join or participating in a campaign, you agree to these terms where applicable. Each campaign may also require a separate signed creator agreement.

These terms do not replace a campaign-specific agreement. If a signed campaign agreement establishes different campaign-specific requirements, that agreement will govern those matters to the extent legally permitted.

2. Eligibility and Application

You must provide accurate information about your identity, social media accounts, audience, niche, portfolio, and previous brand collaborations.

Truefluencers may establish eligibility criteria, including minimum audience thresholds and relevant collaboration experience. Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

You authorise Truefluencers to review information reasonably necessary to assess your application and verify account ownership, audience metrics, portfolio authenticity, and professional suitability.

You must not manipulate followers, engagement metrics, audience information, or verification evidence.

3. Approval and Public Profile

Truefluencers may approve, reject, or request further information about an application.

Approved profiles may be published with information authorised for public display, including professional biography, social links, creator categories, portfolio material, and applicable audience metrics.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to publish portfolio materials and identify previous brand collaborations.

You must promptly notify Truefluencers if important profile information becomes inaccurate.

Approval does not guarantee campaign selection, earnings, or recurring work.

4. Creator Profile and Conduct

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate profile information.
  • Provide genuine portfolio work and truthful audience metrics.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Respect brand confidentiality and applicable campaign terms.
  • Avoid unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Comply with applicable advertising, disclosure, platform, and content rules.
  • Avoid buying or manipulating engagement metrics.
  • Obtain necessary permissions for music, footage, images, trademarks, and other third-party materials.
  • Disclose relevant conflicts of interest where necessary.

5. How Campaign Selection Works

Brands browse creator profiles and select creators they wish to consider for potential campaigns.

When a brand selects you, Truefluencers may contact you with the campaign brief, proposed deliverables, timeline, budget or pricing discussion, and other requirements.

A selection or enquiry is not a confirmed booking. You are not required to accept a proposed campaign before its terms are agreed.

You may discuss availability, scope, pricing, deliverables, timeline, and feasibility with the Truefluencers team.

6. Managed Communication

Truefluencers coordinates brand-facing communication, negotiations, campaign requirements, feedback, revisions, approvals, and delivery according to the applicable arrangements.

You agree to communicate honestly and promptly with the Truefluencers team regarding campaign availability, proposed terms, progress, and potential issues.

You must not misrepresent the status of a campaign or disclose confidential information.

Any additional restrictions on direct brand contact, exclusivity, or repeat work must be expressly established in the applicable agreement. These general terms do not create an unlimited or perpetual restriction on your professional relationships.

7. Contracts and Campaign Confirmation

Before campaign work begins, the relevant commercial terms must be agreed and the required creator agreement with Truefluencers must be signed. The brand must also sign its applicable agreement with Truefluencers.

The campaign may additionally require approved briefs, product access, deposits, permissions, or other prerequisites.

Do not begin work until the required agreements and prerequisites are complete or Truefluencers has expressly confirmed an authorised alternative in writing.

The campaign agreement should identify, as applicable:

  • Scope and deliverables.
  • Content formats and platforms.
  • Deadlines and milestones.
  • Compensation and payment schedule.
  • Revision allowances.
  • Content usage and licensing rights.
  • Exclusivity, if agreed.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms.
  • Disclosure requirements.
  • Acceptance criteria.

8. Deliverables and Deadlines

You must produce and submit the agreed deliverables in accordance with the approved brief and contractual timeline.

You must notify Truefluencers promptly if illness, technical issues, unavailable products, delayed approvals, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

You must not substitute materially different deliverables or publish campaign content before required approvals where the agreement requires prior approval.

9. Revisions and Approvals

You must address reasonable revision requests that fall within the agreed scope and revision allowance.

Additional work, material changes to the brief, or revisions beyond the agreed allowance may require a revised timeline, fee, or written approval.

Truefluencers coordinates feedback between the parties. Final approval and acceptance are determined under the applicable campaign agreement.

10. Compensation and Payment

Your compensation, payment schedule, currency, applicable taxes, deductions, and payment method must be specified in the signed campaign agreement or other applicable written terms.

Do not assume that a campaign is payable at a particular rate or on a particular date unless that term has been agreed.

You must provide accurate payment details where required and comply with applicable tax and payment obligations.

If a payment is delayed or disputed, contact Truefluencers through the designated support channel.

11. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of content you create unless ownership is expressly transferred under a signed agreement.

The brand receives only the licence or rights specified in the applicable campaign agreement.

That agreement should address organic posting, paid advertising, editing, sublicensing, duration, territory, exclusivity, attribution, and other relevant usage rights.

You must not use third-party content without the required permissions.

You may not assume that a brand can use your content indefinitely or for paid advertising simply because you created it.

12. Confidentiality and Data

You must protect confidential briefs, unreleased products, private campaign information, negotiations, contracts, and personal information received through Truefluencers.

Use this information only for the authorised campaign or business purpose.

Do not disclose confidential material publicly unless authorised or legally required.

13. Cancellation and Disputes

Cancellation rights, fees, compensation for completed work, reimbursement of approved expenses, and rescheduling procedures will be governed by the applicable campaign agreement.

Notify Truefluencers promptly of disputes or circumstances that may prevent performance.

Truefluencers may assist with communication and resolution but does not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved to every party's satisfaction.

14. Suspension and Removal

Truefluencers may suspend or remove a profile, restrict campaign access, or investigate suspected violations involving fraud, falsified metrics, unlawful content, serious misconduct, or breaches of applicable agreements.

Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to respond.

Suspension or account closure does not automatically extinguish contractual payment obligations or rights already accrued.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Truefluencers does not guarantee selection for campaigns, any minimum income, a particular number of enquiries, or specific marketing results.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any additional limitation of liability or indemnity must be reviewed and included in the applicable agreements where appropriate.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Changes do not automatically alter a signed campaign agreement unless the parties agree or the agreement lawfully permits the change.
